The Westminster Place Tri-Block Association is a group of concerned neighbors working together to do their part in making the the neighborhood a safe place to live.  We realize that a safe neighborhood requires the residents, police, Hi-Tech Security all working together to use technology such as our Security Camera System to keep the lines of communication open to stay aware of the crime going on in our community.  Further, we will work together to do what we can to reduce crime and keep people informed.
